About Daniel

Daniel J. Soriano is an aspiring Data Analyst and freelance digital artist currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics at Miami Dade College, with an expected graduation in May 2027. He previously earned an Associate in Arts in Graphic/Commercial Arts with Highest Honors and has been recognized on the Dean's List six times throughout his college studies.Since 2022, Daniel has worked independently as a freelance pixel artist and game asset designer, collaborating with independent game developers and private clients. Through his freelance work, he has developed experience in client communication, project coordination, financial recordkeeping, and data management.His transition from graphic design to data analytics reflects his interest in combining creativity with analytical problem-solving. He has developed foundational skills in Python, R, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Tableau, applying these tools to projects involving database management, statistical analysis, and data visualization.Daniel continues to expand his technical knowledge through academic projects and independent learning, with a focus on transforming complex information into meaningful insights and visually engaging solutions.
